Executive Board Positions:

President – presides at all meetings of the PTC. Coordinates the work of the officers and committees of the PTC in order to fulfill the organization objectives. Is a member, ex-officio, of all committees. Along with the Vice Presidents, is a co-signer of all checks payable from the PTC. Performs other duties prescribed in the PTC bylaws or assigned by the PTC.

Vice President – will oversee the following committees: E-scrip & Box Tops Programs, Fall Carnival, Big Daddy Basketball, Spring Fundraiser, and other duties as deemed necessary to assist the President. The Vice President of Ways & Means will also be one of the co-signers with the Student Accounts Treasury of all checks payable.

Membership Drive, Hospitality, Spirit Wear, Staff Wish List, Family/Community Events(Family Movies Nights, Movie Nights, Restaurant Nights) and other duties as deemed necessary to assist the President. The Vice President of Administration will also be one of the co-signers with the President of all checks payable from the PTC Treasury.

Communications Director – oversees the following committees: Online/Print Newsletter, Broadcast E-mail, Website, Social & Local Media, Organize toy/clothes drives, and other duties as deemed necessary to assist the President.

PTC Treasurer – keeps permanent books of account and records sufficient to establish the items of gross income, receipts, and assessments of the PTC. Receives all monies for the PTC. Sign and disburse checks for normal operating expenses. It shall be the duty of the retiring Treasurer to submit a budget for the upcoming fiscal year that shall be reviewed and approved or amended at the regular meeting in June.

Secretary – keeps an accurate record of the proceedings of all meetings, and makes copies available to all members of the PTC. Maintain a roll sheet of the general attendance at the meetings. Maintain a record of the Executive Board members in attendance at the meetings. Maintain a current copy of the Bylaws. keeps and maintains a current copy of Bylaws, including the changes, additions, and revisions. Keeps a current list of all committee chairpersons, as well as any other notes deemed helpful or necessary to the successful completion of the Executive Board Member duties.

Student Accounts Treasurer – keeps permanent books of account and records sufficient to establish the items of gross income, receipts, and assessments of the Student Accounts Treasury. Receives all monies for student fees allocated for field trips and other activities that student body is requested to pay for. Sign and disburse checks for normal operating expenses at the request of teachers based upon allotted allocations. It shall be the duty of the retiring Treasurer to submit a budget for the upcoming fiscal year that shall be reviewed and approved or amended at the regular meeting in June.
