Wednesday, October 18 from 3:30-7:30pm either dine in or order takeout at Blaze Pizza located at 10325 Fairway Drive in Roseville and 20% of proceeds from your meal go back to Breen PTC!

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO SUPPORT:

1) In-Restaurant: Bring in the flyer (below) or show it on your phone before paying.

2) Online Orders: Orders must be placed online via the Blaze Pizza App or blazepizza.com. Enter code 1044A into the ‘Promo Code’ field at checkout to have your transaction count toward the fundraiser. If entered correctly, you’ll see a $.01 discount applied to your check which confirms that 20% of your transaction will be counted into the total donation.
